Qualifications

• Experience in network operations environments required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of service networks and operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues using APZ21260 and APG systems.
• Utilize the CELLO platform, MO-Shell, FTP, Telnet, and Linux.
• Resolve HW O&M alarms for multiple telecommunication systems.
• Provide onsite support during OSS/ENM outages.
