Napco National Company is seeking professionals to understand its business environment, communicate clearly, analyze data, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance and operations. The role emphasizes planning, using office tech, and applying health & safety standards to protect people and assets.

The position involves coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring asset health, and conducting quality checks to minimize downtime and costs while supporting strategic objectives.

• Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
• Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NAPCO.
• Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
• Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
• Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
• Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
• Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
• Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
