Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Instrument Foreman to join our on-site team in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise instrumentation activities, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and ensure work aligns with project specifications and safety standards.

You will lead a team of technicians, plan schedules, perform inspections, and provide training on best practices. A technical background in instrumentation and several years of experience, including supervisory roles, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in instrumentation with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including calibration, installation and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to instrumentation operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics in instrumentation.
• Field experience in water metering, water pipe fitting, electromagnetic water flow meters, flow measurement maintenance, and calibration of water meters.
