Detailed Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Professional – Data & AI, you will work closely with sales teams and enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into scalable data and artificial intelligence solutions. You will deliver compelling technical presentations, create tailored solution proposals, and support proof‑of‑concept activities across analytics, data integration, machine learning, and AI platforms. You will guide customers through architectural considerations, best practices, and deployment strategies to ensure successful adoption. This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining technical depth with strong customer engagement and presales influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and propose Data & AI solutions
• Develop tailored technical architectures across data platforms, analytics, and AI services
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and solution workshops
• Support presales cycles including RFP responses, solution designs, and value propositions
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects to validate solution fit
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Advise customers on best practices, governance models, and implementation strategies
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data engineering, analytics, and cloud ecosystems

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong presales experience in data analytics, AI, or cloud-based data solutions
• Extensive knowledge of data platforms, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, machine learning, and AI technologies
• Experience designing end‑to‑end data pipelines, analytics solutions, or AI models
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement abilities
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
