Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Coordinator to provide essential support in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and value engineering proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and work closely with the manager to ensure all documentation is accurate and aligns with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation Management:
- Prepare and manage accurate quotations for projects, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for quotations.
Customer Interaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication between customers and the technical team to ensure understanding of project specifications and requirements.
Technical Submittals
- Create and submit detailed technical documentation for projects, including specifications, drawings, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all technical submissions align with client requirements and industry standards.
Value Engineering
- Propose value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze project specifications to identify opportunities for optimization.
Document Preparation Support
- Assist the manager in preparing various documents related to project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records of all documentation for easy access and reference.
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify technical aspects of projects.
Skills
JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Requirements)
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and technical documentation.
