Job summary

Intellisense.IO is seeking a Technical Project Manager to scale AI-based software deployments for mining operations in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate complex requirements into technical specs, and drive value through Grafana dashboards that show operational optimization.

The role requires 5+ years in PM and software implementation, with a background in mining software, BI tools, and AI/ML lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management and software implementation.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale industrial enterprises; mining software a plus.
• Data-driven with experience using BI tools and familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including international sites; valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology implementations, ensuring budget and timeline targets are met.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and RFCs for product and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to demonstrate AI-driven optimization.
• Innovate workflows with modern AI productivity tools for documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
• Own the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to Key Account strategies.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Mining Technology Operations team. This isn't just about managing spreadsheets; it's about deploying advanced AI-based software at scale across some of the most complex industrial environments on the planet.

With a global workforce and regional hubs in the UK, Australia, Chile, and Ireland, we are now expanding our presence in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, a global leader in mining development under Vision 2030.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading Deployment: Own the end-to-end delivery of technology implementations, ensuring they hit budget and timeline targets.

• Translating Complexity: Turn business requirements into technical specs and RFCs for our product and engineering teams.

• Visualising Value: Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to show our customers exactly how our AI is optimising their operations.

• Innovating Workflows: Leverage modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.

• Risk & Strategy: Own the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to Key Account strategies to drive long-term growth.

Who you are:

• A Technical Expert: You have 5+ years in Project Management and software implementation, with a solid grasp of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Industry Savvy: You understand the nuances of large-scale industrial enterprises (bonus points for 5+ years in Mining software).

• Data-Driven: You're comfortable with BI tools and have a foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.

• A Master Communicator: Whether it's a technical report or a stakeholder presentation, you know how to manage expectations and drive results.

• Openness to travel regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally. A valid driving licence is required.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
