Job Description: The Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing all technical documents related to swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna projects. This includes shop drawings, specifications, technical calculations, and submittals. The role requires close coordination with design, site, and supplier teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements and approved standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review shop drawings for swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna systems
  • Study architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and ensure proper coordination between disciplines
  • Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and material schedules for projects
  • Review and approve datasheets, catalogs, and technical certificates submitted by suppliers
  • Prepare and follow up on RFIs with consultants and clients
  • Provide technical support to site teams and resolve technical issues during execution
  • Monitor and implement technical revisions and variations, updating documents accordingly
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to select suitable equipment in line with approved specifications
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications and local/international standards
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation for all project records
  • Attend and participate in technical coordination meetings with all project stakeholders
Required Qualifications
