Job summary

تكامل القابضة seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to drive multiple delivery tracks in a Riyadh-based, technology-driven environment. You will own governance, budgets, and executive-level reporting, while developing track leads and managing vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with multi-track delivery leadership.
• Hands-on engineering background across modern and legacy stacks.
• Proven vendor, contractor, and budget management.
• Strong English communication; Arabic advantageous.
• Solid understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methods.
• Knowledge of cloud, DevOps, ITSM, and security basics.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL or cloud cert are a plus.

Job Description

• Lead multiple concurrent delivery tracks, each with its own lead, and be accountable for their combined outcomes, dependencies, and priorities.
• Own delivery governance: planning, milestones, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and executive-level reporting on status, risks, and financial exposure.
• Manage and develop the track leads and delivery staff: performance, capability, workload, and succession.
• Own vendor and contractor delivery: scope, performance, escalations, renewals, and transitions.
• Set and enforce engineering and delivery standards, including architecture governance, quality gates, release management, and documentation.
• Lead the stabilisation and modernisation of existing systems, including legacy platforms with varied technology stacks.
• Oversee release and change management across tracks, ensuring coordinated, low-risk deployments to production.
• Manage delivery budgets and forecasts, and ensure spend is tracked against plan.
• Establish delivery metrics and reporting (velocity, quality, incident trends, SLA adherence) and use them to drive decisions.
• Maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders and ensure delivery commitments are clearly communicated and met.
• Identify and manage delivery, technical, security, and compliance risk.
• Ensure delivery practices align with information security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery maturity, automation, and team capability.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years in technology, including several years leading multi-track or multi-team delivery.
• A hands-on engineering background (software development, architecture, platform engineering) with credible technical judgement across modern and legacy stacks.
• Proven experience managing employees, contractors, and vendors within a single delivery organization.
• Strong vendor and contract management experience, including performance management and transition of outsourced services.
• Experience managing delivery budgets and reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methods, and the judgement to apply the right approach per track.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, ITSM frameworks, and modern quality engineering.
• Working knowledge of enterprise IT cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to handle conflict constructively.
• Decisive under pressure, with a track record of resolving delivery blockers and escalations quickly.
• Clear, direct communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in managed service or outsourced delivery models.
• Background in digital products or customer-facing platforms.
• Exposure to data platforms or AI initiatives.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, SAFE, ITIL, or a cloud provider certification).
