As a Technical Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all pre-sales activities for assigned key accounts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes developing integrated technical and commercial solutions, leading bids and proposals, and engaging with clients to define business and technical requirements. The role supports sales and project teams, drives strategic account growth in KSA, and provides leadership to the presales function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science) or Business Administration
- Master’s degree and/or relevant vendor certifications will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security, ELV, or technology solution design and presales execution
- Mandatory Saudi Arabia market experience; GCC exposure is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of pricing, costing, and negotiation
- Dynamic, professional personality with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies
- Valid KSA driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as required
- Manage and oversee all presales activities for assigned key accounts and presales team members in KSA
- Develop integrated technical solutions and commercial pricing for tenders, bids, and proposals
- Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Gather client requirements, conduct site surveys, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including BoQs, system designs, and specifications
- Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, finance, procurement, and AutoCAD teams during bid and execution phases
- Lead and mentor presales team members by providing guidance, performance monitoring, and training support
- Support business development initiatives, strategic account growth, and long-term client relationship management
- Ensure complete project handover documentation to Project Managers post-award and support execution follow-ups
- Maintain accurate presales activity reports and provide strategic insights and feedback to senior management
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities across the Kingdom as required
