Job summary

NADEC Foods is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Engineering – Drinkable) to lead maintenance operations across beverage manufacturing facilities at the Haradh site. The role emphasizes reliability, filling and packaging line experience, and strong team leadership within FMCG environments.

The ideal candidate will drive maintenance strategies, oversee automation controls, and work closely with production to maximize line efficiency while upholding safety and GMP standards in a dynamic beverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance within FMCG, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance strategies.
• Strong background in filling and packaging operations.
• Experience working with automated manufacturing systems and industrial controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute major overhauls and preventive maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
