This role is a team lead position on our transportation team focused on shift operations at our delivery centers and supporting the DC manager with performance management and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, build, and execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.
  • Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the territorial delivery team for peak‑time delivery management.
  • Engage closely with associates, develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance‑driven team.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and sustain high delivery performance through process and training improvements.
  • Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvement.
  • Implement formal process control and improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.

Basic Qualifications
