They should also have strong classroom management skills including experience in setting expectations for student behaviour. The ability to build relationships with students and parents is essential.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field and ideally possess experience of working with English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners. An understanding of the Saudi culture would be desirable but not essential.
