In our fast growing organisation, you will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent from the global aviation market that will shape the airline’s growth and market presence particularly across the Corporate and Commercial space.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, building strong stakeholder partnerships to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and future talent requirements.
Utilizing a strategic and data-driven approach, you will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for specialized roles, employing advanced market intelligence, sophisticated talent mapping, and proactive direct sourcing techniques to attract top-tier, passive candidates who can drive our organizational excellence.
In this role, you will lead structured assessment and interview processes to ensure candidates demonstrate the right acumen, leadership capability, and cultural alignment.
You will champion best practice hiring standards, ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, and continuously refine recruitment processes to support speed, quality, and scalability.
As a people leader and subject matter expert, you will actively share knowledge, coach recruiters, and contribute to the overall maturity of the Talent Acquisition function.
Your ability to communicate with influence, build credibility, and deliver results will be key to supporting the airline’s commercial ambitions.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 8 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Naturally, you must be proficient in sourcing candidates through various platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
You are expected to have proven experience expertise in conducting effective interviews and assessing candidate suitability for roles.
