TAWANTECH is seeking a skilled T24 Technical Support Specialist focused on COB (Close of Business) support. You will monitor COB cycles, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure uninterrupted core banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–7 years in Temenos T24 technical environments including COB support.
• Strong knowledge of T24 architecture, jBase/TAFJ, routines and OFS processing.
• Hands‑on COB tasks and batch job configuration experience.
• Familiarity with T24 modules (AA, FT, ST, MM, LC).
• Shell scripting on Unix/Linux and knowledge of Oracle or MSSQL.
• Experience with monitoring tools and job schedulers like Control‑M or Cron.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily COB processing, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Investigate COB failures and provide rapid resolution for continuity.
• Coordinate with users and infra teams to resolve COB issues.
• Provide technical support for T24 modules, interfaces and environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot batch jobs and environment parameters.
• Perform health checks, log analysis, and monitor COB performance.
• Log, track and resolve incidents related to COB and T24 operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes.
• Document resolutions and create knowledge base materials.
• Escalate and apply patches with Temenos or vendors.
