Qualifications

• Technical/installation experience in energy efficiency.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system summaries and BOQ.
• Inspect installed equipment for standard compliance.
• Support energy audit team with BMS assessments.
• Previous technical/installation experience.
• Preparation of 10 summaries, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of BOQ, costing, valve selection, and cable schedule.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Inspect installed equipment to verify proper installation, and that the installation is matching with the global standards.
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that the work is up to the standards.
• Support the energy audit team in studying the existing Building Management System or proposing a new Building Management System.
