We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Systems & Network Specialist to design, implement, and manage advanced CCTV surveillance systems, Security Access Control Systems (SACS), and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and cybersecurity, with proven experience in surveillance and access control technologies.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who ensures system reliability, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement surveillance and access control solutions, including device selection and placement.
• Plan and configure network infrastructure to support surveillance and SACS (switches, routers, VLANs, cabling).
• Deploy and manage Video Management Systems (VMS) and SACS platforms.
• Design and implement storage solutions (NAS/NVR) with backup and redundancy.
• Integrate surveillance and access control with other security systems (alarms, analytics, etc.).
• Implement video analytics (motion detection, facial recognition, license plate recognition) and monitor access logs.
• Ensure system security through encryption, updates, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Conduct routine system maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for surveillance and data privacy.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and security staff.
• Manage project budgets, including procurement and maintenance costs.
• Support emergency response and incident management, providing video evidence when required.
• Optimize system performance and monitor storage utilization.
• Stay updated with the latest surveillance, access control, and networking technologies.
