Job summary

Worldteachers seeks a female Support Teacher for a group of international schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, starting August 2026. The role supports KG through early grades and collaborates with the Cambridge International Curriculum team.

The successful candidate will bring international curriculum experience, be comfortable covering Homeroom duties, and contribute to a bilingual school environment emphasizing Arabic culture and Islamic values.

Qualifications

• Experience with British/American curriculum for high school teaching.
• International schools experience, preferably in Arabic culture countries.
• Bachelor's degree in Childhood with teaching qualification; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to cover Homeroom responsibilities and deliver lessons when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide homeroom support and cover lessons as needed.
• Deliver Cambridge International Curriculum aligned lessons to KG-Grade 9.
• Contribute to a bilingual, multicultural school community.

Job description

We are looking for a Supportteacher(female; KG Department)for a group of international schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Aug 2026.

They deliver the Cambridge International Curriculum to Saudi Arabian and international students, Grades KG – 9. Student attainment is assessed at the end of each level of every Grade, and the school is moving toward awarding internationally recognised certificates to the students at year 6, year 9 and in the secondary level (OL & AL) offering access to many prestigious Universities in the world. Currently based on three campuses, the bilingual private schools, one for kindergarten students and one for primary students, are committed to deliver a progressive, innovative curriculum while emphasising mastery of Arabic and the application of Islam in daily life.

Requirements:

1. Applications are welcome from teachers with any background who have extensive British/American curriculum experience for high school teaching.
2. Experience in international schools - preferably in Arabic culture countries
3. Bachelor's degree in Childhoodwith a teaching qualification (Master's is a plus)
4. The experience should be as Homeroom Teacher (as the Support Teacher could be requested to cover for a Homeroom Teacher in some cass and needs to know how to deliver the lessons)
