Job summary

First Gulf Company in Riyadh seeks a VMS & Access Control Manager to oversee enterprise visitor management, CCTV, access control, and smart-building tech across facilities.

You will coordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors, ensuring system performance, documentation, and compliance while supporting room booking, occupancy sensing, and workplace analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in VMS, PACS, smart-building, or integrated security systems.
• Hands-on experience with Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, or Traction Guest.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and video intercom solutions.
• Understanding of networking concepts related to security and AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Visitor Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).

The VMS & Access Control Manager is responsible for managing enterprise Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Smart Space technologies, and integrated security and AV systems. The role ensures secure and efficient facility operations through the management of CCTV, access control, video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, video walls, and workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Visitor Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
• Oversee CCTV, access control, video intercom, and smart-building technologies.
• Support AV systems including video conferencing, audio systems, IPTV, digital signage, and video walls.
• Manage Smart Space platforms including room booking, occupancy sensors, and workplace analytics.
• Support and integrate platforms such as Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, and Traction Guest.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors.
