Responsibilities

About the role:

To plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for your designated portfolio within the CPP and CHP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analyzing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.

  • Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to ensure packaging and ingredient inventories remain at agreed stock levels.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations Purchasing to address supply issues and mitigate any impact on material requirements planning.
  • Control Working Capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed demand planning and regular stock reviews.
  • Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, considering warehouse capacity and space constraints.
  • Optimize production utilization by ensuring 100% efficiency of the Blow & Injection Molding facility.
  • Develop material and ingredient run-out plans to effectively manage and minimize obsolete inventory.
