Position Summary: The Key Control & Administration Supervisor manages the governance of key control, access administration, and supporting housing office administrative processes within Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role ensures secure key custody, disciplined access controls, audit-ready records, and administrative coordination to support operational continuity and compliance.

Key Purpose of the Role: To safeguard access control and Housing administration processes through disciplined key management and structured administrative governance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise key control office operations including issuance, returns, custody, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate key registers, access logs, and administrative records.
  • Enforce access authorization rules, SOPs, and escalation protocols.
  • Coordinate with Security and Facilities Management on access requirements, lock changes, and incidents.
  • Support housing office administrative workflows and documentation control.
  • Conduct routine physical counts and reconciliations, reporting discrepancies.
  • Train staff on key control and administrative procedures.

  • Accurate and up-to-date key registers and access logs.
  • Routine reconciliations with discrepancy closure evidence.
  • Compliance with key control and administration SOPs.
  • Incident reports and corrective action tracking.

Required Qualifications & Certifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Security Management, or related field.
  • Relevant access control or security training is an advantage.
