Position Summary: The Key Control & Administration Supervisor manages the governance of key control, access administration, and supporting housing office administrative processes within Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role ensures secure key custody, disciplined access controls, audit-ready records, and administrative coordination to support operational continuity and compliance.
Key Purpose of the Role: To safeguard access control and Housing administration processes through disciplined key management and structured administrative governance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise key control office operations including issuance, returns, custody, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate key registers, access logs, and administrative records.
- Enforce access authorization rules, SOPs, and escalation protocols.
- Coordinate with Security and Facilities Management on access requirements, lock changes, and incidents.
- Support housing office administrative workflows and documentation control.
- Conduct routine physical counts and reconciliations, reporting discrepancies.
- Train staff on key control and administrative procedures.
Key Deliverables & Accountabilities
- Accurate and up-to-date key registers and access logs.
- Routine reconciliations with discrepancy closure evidence.
- Compliance with key control and administration SOPs.
- Incident reports and corrective action tracking.
- Audit-ready records for key custody and administrative controls.
KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Key reconciliation accuracy rate.
- Number of access/key incidents and closure time.
- Compliance rate with issuance/return SOPs.
- Audit non-conformance rate related to key control.
- Response time for access support requests.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Security Management, or related field.
- Relevant access control or security training is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in key control, access control, housing administration, or security support roles.
- Experience with audit-ready recordkeeping and controlled processes.
