Overview
The Supervisor - AVL (Audio, Video, and Lighting) is responsible for overseeing the audiovisual and lighting systems throughout Aquarabia Qiddiya City. This role ensures that all AVL installations and operations contribute to an enhanced guest experience while meeting operational standards. The Supervisor will lead a team of AVL technicians, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless execution of all audiovisual presentations, events, and daily operations.

Job-Specific
- AVL System Management
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all audio, video, and lighting systems within the park. Ensure that all systems are fully operational for events and daily attractions.
- Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing events that require AVL support. Work closely with event organizers to meet their technical requirements and ensure seamless presentations.
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure that all AVL installations and operations comply with safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to minimize risks.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of AVL technicians, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and operational effectiveness.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues with AVL equipment during events and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory of AVL equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for smooth operations.
- Data Reporting
- Collect and analyze performance data of AVL systems and processes, preparing reports to identify trends and recommend improvements for future operations.
- Additionally - Adhere to all responsibilities and performance expectations of the Supervisor - AVL role.
Education
High School Certification; a degree or diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Theater Production, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Proven experience managing AVL operations in a theme park, entertainment venue, or similar environment. Experience in team management and event coordination.

Strong technical skills in audio, video, and lighting systems.
