Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement and logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local supply chain regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure best price, delivery and quality.
• Place POs on time to meet deadlines.
• Negotiate discounts and bulk purchases to reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Coordinate with production and materials teams on deliveries.
• Explore and optimize purchasing in Rentalman and related processes.
• Arrange transport options (air/sea/road) as needed.
• Prepare compliant import/export documentation for shipments.
• Maintain accurate import/export records.
• Undertake other duties as required.
