Middle East Mattress Factory Co. seeks a meticulous Purchasing Supervisor to manage procurement for mattress manufacturing. Based in Jeddah, you will oversee end-to-end sourcing of fabrics, foam components, steel wire, and packaging, while optimizing vendor relationships and costs.

You will negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and coordinate with production to ensure zero downtime. Proficiency in Odoo ERP and advanced Excel is essential, with fluent English and Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
• 8+ years procurement experience in manufacturing environments.
• Saudi Arabia resident with transferable Iqama; Indian or Pakistani nationality.

Responsabilités

• Procurement Operations: Oversee sourcing of raw materials, machinery spare parts, and factory consumables.
• Vendor Management: Build long-term relationships with local and international suppliers for competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Cost & Negotiation: Review quotes, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• ERP Data Management: Use Odoo ERP to generate POs, track shipments, and maintain logs.
• Compliance & Logistics: Ensure purchasing activities comply with policies and clear customs for imports.
