• Identify and pursue project contributions, negotiate and close deals to achieve project sales targets.
• Spearhead the entire project sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to all project sale customers addressing queries and handling complaints.
• Monitor key competitive activities and share reports with the Project Sales Manager.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver state‑of‑the‑art products and services.
