Job summary

ConFlip in Az Zulfi, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, scheduling and delivery of multiple projects within budget and deadlines. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, have proven project management experience, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently and with virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience and track record in managing multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with virtual teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, conduct risk assessments and set up project teams.
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress; ensure stakeholders are informed of timelines and milestones.
• Manage changes or issues and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
