Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning to lead the development and implementation of infrastructure planning strategies for our landmark projects.

You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource plans, and ensure compliance with regulations while mentoring the team toward innovative, high-impact solutions. This role demands strong leadership and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant infrastructure planning or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives integrated into Qiddiya's development framework.
• Conduct analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams for cohesive planning and execution.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
• Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster innovation and teamwork.
