Job summary

Kafa’at Business Solutions in Saudi Arabia seeks a Reporting & Budgeting Supervisor to oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate reports and insightful analysis to support business decisions.

You will lead the annual budgeting process, develop forecasts, monitor performance against budgets, prepare dashboards and KPI reports, and collaborate with units to improve processes while ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, or related finance function.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process across departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Develop financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
• Analyze budget and financial variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
• Support business planning through financial analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reports.
• Collaborate with business units to review budgets and financial performance.
• Maintain and improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
