Job summary

FSIME Construction LLC seeks a seniorSales/Operations leader to drive the KSA business. You will craft and execute the annual sales strategy, build key client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of passive fire protection projects from contract through handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in fire protection / passive fire safety.
• At least 3 years in a senior sales or operations leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing projects and business operations in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy for KSA in alignment with Group targets.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of passive fire protection projects from contract to handover.
• Report P&L, revenue, margin, and profitability targets to Group MD, manage cash flow and invoicing.
