Job summary

SAUDCONSULT is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic plans, monitor performance, and ensure alignment between objectives and business priorities. You will work with senior leadership to translate goals into actionable plans and provide data-driven insights.

Role involves KPI development, trend analysis, and reporting to inform decisions, with fluency in Arabic and English and proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in strategic planning or project/program management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and drafting the organization's strategic plan in coordination with senior management.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable execution plans and initiatives.
• Prepare periodic reports on strategic plan implementation progress.
• Analyze internal and external data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational plans align with the overall strategic direction.
• Support strategic project management from planning through execution and follow-up.
