Job summary

Devoteam is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs across multiple workstreams. You will drive planning, design, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization, aligning with business objectives and operational needs.

The role requires 12+ years in project/program management, deep Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expertise, and a strong track record across sectors with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in project and program management, leading complex transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale ERP transformations across multiple sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies and adapting approaches as needed.
  • Extensive expertise in ERP governance, cutover planning/execution, testing, data migration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and governance.
  • Oversee cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and coexistence strategy.
  • Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.
  • Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance and telecom industry standards.
  • Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs; experience across different sectors is considered an advantage. The role will be responsible for managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery from planning and design through deployment, cutover, hypercare, and operational stabilization.

The Project Manager will oversee project governance, stakeholder and vendor management, risk and resource management, testing, data migration, release management, and organizational change activities, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
  • Oversee cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and coexistence strategy.
  • Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.
  • Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance and telecom industry standards.
  • Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption activities.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Corporation Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors and enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt delivery approaches based on project needs.
  • Extensive expertise in ERP governance, cutover planning and execution, testing management, data migration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
