Job summary

Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technology solutions that span across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains. You will define current and target architectures, assess gaps, and guide governance to ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ total years of experience, 7+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or related roles.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• SAMA-regulated environment experience is an advantage.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end technology solutions.
• Understanding of applications, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns, interfaces, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and governance.
• Experience evaluating technology options and architecture assessments.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture across business, application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with Enterprise Architecture, standards, and target architecture.
• Define current-state and target-state architecture; identify gaps.
• Evaluate technology options and provide architecture recommendations.
• Define components, integrations, APIs, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Ensure interoperability between existing and new systems.
• Review designs and provide architecture recommendations and approvals.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and impacts.
• Collaborate with Business, Application, Data, Security, and Infrastructure Architects and teams.
• Participate in architecture governance and monitor compliance.
• Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and ADRs.
• Support modernization, transformation, and application rationalization initiatives.
