Job summary
Systems Arabia in Riyadh seeks an experienced Digital Portfolio Lead to oversee a strategic digital product portfolio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will guide end-to-end delivery, align business objectives with technology execution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver valuable digital products.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, set governance, drive improvements, mentor teams, and ensure security, quality, and production readiness across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 10+ years in technology delivery and digital transformation.
- At least 5+ years leading complex digital programs or portfolios.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformations in government or enterprise environments.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, planning and delivery of an assigned product portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across PM, BA, architecture, engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, production support.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage portfolio priorities and risks.
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, milestones and outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production support.
- Ensure governance, risk management, dependency management and resource planning.
