Job summary

Hill International, Inc. invites an experienced risk manager to lead pre-construction and project risk across complex programmes.

You will shape risk plans, oversee contracts, procurement, tendering, estimating and cost control, and you will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to mitigate issues through lifecycle stages. The role requires deep risk quantification, strong problem-solving, and proven ability to deliver without supervision, with preference for Saudi/ GCC project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or management from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering and/or project management.
• Experience as the risk manager on large-scale projects.
• Ability to identify problems, assess options and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction management including contracts, procurement, tendering, estimating and cost.
• Manage project planning for design, development, construction and closeout; identify and evaluate risks.
• Prepare and implement risk management plans with identification, evaluation and mitigation steps.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to address project risks.
• Predict potential financial liability and manage cost/time change orders.
• Ensure project outcomes are on time, on budget, and meet quality and scope.
• Ensure compliance with Hill International policies on quality, safety, environment and health.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
