Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with procurement focus.
• 7–10 years of progressive procurement experience, including leadership.
• Experience with supplier management, negotiations and ERP systems.
• Strong English communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead tendering, contract management, and supplier selection processes.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost optimization.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle across disciplines.
