Job summary

Client of Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia seeks an Enterprise Computing & Cloud Architect to define and govern the enterprise architecture for computing platforms across on-premises, private and public cloud, HPC and AI environments.

You will develop target architectures, standards, and roadmaps, lead architectural reviews, and collaborate with cybersecurity, data, networking, and operations to deliver integrated, scalable solutions with cost optimization and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS or IT; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience designing and governing complex computing and infrastructure platforms.
• Strong experience across on-premises infrastructure and public/private cloud environments.
• Experience with HPC and AI infrastructure architectures is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain enterprise architecture for computing platforms across on‑premises, private, public cloud, HPC and AI.
• Define target architectures, references, standards, principles, and design patterns for computing platforms.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
• Provide architecture leadership and governance for major programs and complex technology solutions.
• Evaluate infrastructure technologies based on enterprise requirements.
• Define cloud adoption, hybrid cloud, workload placement, and modernization strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with standards and direction.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, networking, and other domains to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assess current environments and plan transition architectures toward the target state.
