Job summary

Alqotr in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Bid and Tender Manager to oversee government, semi-government, and private sector opportunities. You will identify, review, and coordinate technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, and submit bids on official platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years in bid management, familiarity with Etimad, SAP Ariba, and Oracle, and strong coordination with Technical, Finance, Legal, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in bid and tender management and the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
• Experience with government, semi-government, and private sector bids and tenders.
• Experience using Etimad, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, its Implementing Regulations, and relevant commercial laws.
• Good understanding of tendering and contracting procedures across different sectors.
• Ability to prepare and review technical and financial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and relevant electronic tendering platforms.
