Job summary

A leading mall developer in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate in Business Development. In this full-time role, you will facilitate annual planning, support strategic and operational plan reviews, develop templates for project execution, and manage departmental KPIs. You will also conduct meetings to monitor initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and assist in feasibility analysis for new projects, all while driving operational improvements within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate annual planning and roll-down of OKRs aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Support development, assessment, and periodic review of strategic and operational plans.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and processes for project execution and reporting.
  • Conduct weekly progress review meetings to monitor initiatives and drive follow-through.
  • Manage Reporting Framework and Cadence.
  • Prepare clear, reliable weekly progress reports, monthly departmental performance overviews, quarterly board updates, and ad-hoc executive reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track departmental KPIs, establish/maintain calculation methodologies, and manage performance reviews (including Monthly Reviews).
  • Identify, initiate, and support adoption of new operational processes and improvements.
  • Assist in early-stage ideation and feasibility analysis for new strategic projects.
