Job summary

Abunayyan Holding in Riyadh is seeking a Store Keeper to manage daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage and inventory control, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management within a manufacturing setting, with SAP or ERP proficiency and a relevant degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Process material receipts, dispatches, discrepancies, and damaged goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure all materials are stored in designated locations using proper storage practices.
• Issue materials accurately based on approved requisitions and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock counts in the ERP/SAP system.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Keeper to manage daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, support production requirements, and ensure all warehouse activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Material Handling

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Process material receipts, dispatches, discrepancies, and damaged goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure all materials are stored in designated locations using proper storage practices.
• Issue materials accurately based on approved requisitions and delivery notes.
• Report damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials to the Warehouse Officer for corrective action.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely data entry into the ERP/SAP system.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities to maintain optimum inventory.
• Perform routine stock counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, consumables, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness in line with safety and operational standards.

Warehouse Operations

• Support daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth material flow for production and operations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams to meet operational requirements.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and HSE guidelines at all times.

Experience
