Job summary

Alfanar Precast in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative design for both printed and digital media, aligning with brand identity and product packaging. You will shape visual concepts and manage design assets across campaigns and collateral.

You will supervise a design team, collaborate with sales/marketing, and ensure consistent brand presentation while delivering cost-effective packaging solutions and timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Reflect and communicate brand and product identity value through a highly creative design approach for printed and digital media.
• Develop Creative Graphics and marketing contents handling Brand and Marketing/Advertisement of Products.
• Archive Product Visual Database as color corrections for business needs.
• Maintain subject knowledge up to date through research and study.
• Supervise and lead the graphic design team.
• Ensure all deliverables portray the Exa brand effectively.
• Brainstorm creatively with the team and contribute innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop packaging that fits client needs.
• Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging for commercial products.
• Create marketing/sales collaterals from concept to final output.
• Monitor marketing communications design schedules and provide progress reports.
• Ensure delivered products adhere to company policies and standards.

Job description

Create quality and creative design ideas regarding product advertisement & other promotional needs, deliver assignment on high-quality finished graphics material for all products, marketing & sales needs via printed kits and digital media materials.

Key Accountability Areas

Conceptual Design & Development:

• Reflect and communicate brand and product identity value and principles through a highly creative design approach to layout, composition, styling, and Coloring for both printed and digital media.
• Develop Creative Graphics and marketing contents in terms of handling Brand and Marketing/Advertisement of Products.
• Archiving Product Visual Database as Color Corrections and to make it available for business needs.
• Maintaining Subject knowledge up-to date through research and study

Supervision & Documentation:

• Supervise and lead the graphic design team.
• Supervise the Brand aesthetics, and ensure all deliverables portray the Exa brand effectively.
• Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with creative thoughts and ideas.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging ideas that best suit clients’ needs.
• Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging for commercial products.
• Design marketing/sales collaterals and tools, to handle it from concept execution to Final Output
• Monitor marketing communications Design schedule and provide progress report.
• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company.

Role Accountability

• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
