You Will
  • Support the definition and implementation of logistics systems requirements across logistics operations, including inbound logistics, material flow, warehousing, finished vehicles, packaging, and facility launches.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Logistics and Systems teams to ensure seamless integration of operational and digital solutions.
  • Develop and manage KPIs, performance dashboards, and analytics to monitor operations and drive accountability.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring resource alignment, milestone tracking, and delivery against cost, time, and performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute system launch plans for new projects. Track progress, issue metrics, and facilitate data-driven decision-making via dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Translate operational logistics needs into scalable system solutions. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to design, test, and implement enhancements.
  • Evaluate current system capabilities and provide recommendations for improvements. Lead analysis, design, development, and testing of system changes.
  • Identify areas of opportunity using data-driven insights to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of logistics-related master data and configurations. Monitor system integrations and overall system health in partnership with IT.
  • Conduct what-if scenario analyses, resolve system discrepancies, and lead functional enhancements that support evolving logistics operations.
