Snap Care is seeking a Specialist Companion / Mentor (Female) in Riyadh to support Zara, a 19-year-old preparing for college. The role involves mentoring, fostering independence, and promoting life skills while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
A private accommodation is provided in a staffed villa, with travel opportunities and medical insurance. Six days per week, up to 12 hours daily, starting ASAP.
Highly competitive tax-free package. A unique opportunity to support Zara, 19, as she begins college and takes an exciting step towards greater independence.
Where a specific gender is essential to meet the client's needs, this is a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Zara, 19, is a warm, friendly young woman who enjoys dining out, escape rooms and social media. She has additional learning needs and is preparing for an exciting new chapter as she transitions into college and greater independence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mature, emotionally intelligent professional who can become a trusted mentor, encouraging Zara to develop her confidence, organisation, study skills and independence without creating dependency. You will help her navigate college life, build practical life skills and feel confident in new social and academic situations.
The role would suit someone with experience supporting young people with neurodivergence or additional learning needs, particularly those with strong mentoring, tutoring or academic coaching skills. In return, you will join a welcoming, fully staffed household with private accommodation, medical insurance, annual flights home, a private driver, meals when on duty and opportunities to travel with the family.
