Job Purpose
Serve as the primary liaison between the regional workforce and the central HR team, ensuring effective HR operations, policy compliance, and administrative support within the assigned region.
Key Accountabilities
1. HR Administration
- Monitor and report regional employee attendance, leave records, working hours, and task adherence to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and procedures.
2. Policy Compliance & HR Governance
- Enforce company HR policies, identifying and escalating non-compliance issues to central HR for resolution.
- Support HR in enforcing policies without disrupting sales operations, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
3. Regional HR Support
- Act as the first point of contact for regional employees regarding HR administrative matters, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with central HR on hiring needs, onboarding processes, and documentation to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
4. Liaison Between HR & Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Facilitate transparent and timely communication between the HR department and the RSM regarding employee-related matters.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Qualifications & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience
- 3–5 years in HR operations or employee relations, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Experience in the food production or agricultural sector is a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and generate reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
