Job Summary
This role is pivotal in managing and monitoring strategic initiatives within the department, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee and track all ongoing projects within the department
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines across departments to maintain project timelines
- Special Initiatives
- Take ownership of projects assigned by senior management, ensuring successful execution
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional projects
- Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making for strategic projects
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
- Process & Quality Alignment
- Ensure projects comply with established SOPs and quality standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Office management
- Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or teams.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Facilitate office communication and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Perform general clerical duties to support various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management.
- Very Strong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
