Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Software Sales Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will sell and promote Microsoft solutions to SMB clients, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in software or IT sales, possess strong knowledge of Microsoft products, and be an Arabic speaker. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, build relationships, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, licensing) to SMB customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new SMB business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable software and security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams.
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in software or IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Good understanding of security solutions.
  • Arabic speaker is mandatory (English is a plus).
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
