Job Summary

The Site Inspector is responsible for overseeing road operations and maintenance activities within the Riyadh Municipality. This role requires ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of work teams in various maintenance projects, including roads, lighting, floods, sewage systems, and gardens. The Site Inspector will also be responsible for monitoring site safety, ensuring quality standards are met, and submitting regular reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the performance of regular maintenance work, including cleaning, roads, lighting, flood management, sewage, and gardens.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of work teams, ensuring efficiency and mastery of skills.
• Write and submit daily reports to the supervising engineer, detailing activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate directly with relevant parties regarding site safety and operational reports.
• Conduct periodic visual inspections to check the quality of materials used and verify their validity.
• Ensure site cleanliness and the prompt removal of waste materials.
• Be responsible for the training and development of team members, ensuring they are qualified and efficient in their roles.
