A leading engineering firm is seeking a Construction HSE Engineer to oversee health and safety on-site in Al Jubail, KSA. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects, particularly in pipeline work. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH. The position involves leading safety assessments, training, and emergency response activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and driving performance improvements. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Course.
• NEBOSH GC/IGC, Diploma in Safety or any other HSE Certification.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.

• Perform job hazardous analysis and participate in Job Safety Analysis.
• Verify adequacy and application of the site HSE plan.
• Lead and coordinate site emergency response team and fire prevention.
