Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Site Engineer to support planning, scheduling, and on-site management of complex construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow, manage materials, enforce quality and safety, maintain records, and report progress to stakeholders.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and ERP systems (SAP) is preferred, as is a Civil Engineering degree and GCC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of site engineering experience on construction projects.
• Experience with SAP ERP and project management software is required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including site layout and scheduling.
• Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Maintain documentation of site activities, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
