Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Showroom Manager to lead luxury showroom operations, drive sales across in-house collections and partner brands, and deliver exclusive client experiences including private showroom tours and by-appointment VIP visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full client journey from first inquiry to post-sale follow-up, including private showroom tours and by-appointment VIP visits
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and architects who specify the Company's pieces for residential and hospitality projects
• Drive showroom sales targets across in-house collections and partner brands
• Handle bespoke and made-to-order requests, coordinating timelines with suppliers or the relevant design house
• Oversee daily showroom operations ensuring presentation meets brand standards at all times
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and coordination with warehousing/logistics for large furniture pieces
• Ensure merchandising and floor layouts reflect seasonal collections and any new brand collaborations
• Maintain showroom health & safety and manage vendor/contractor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, display fixtures)
• Recruit, train, and manage showroom sales consultants and support staff
• Set individual and team sales targets, and run regular performance reviews
• Deliver ongoing product knowledge training, especially around collaborating luxury brands' collections
• Manage staff scheduling, particularly around private client appointments and events
• Track and report on sales performance, footfall, and conversion rates to senior leadership
• Manage showroom budget, including local marketing spend and event costs
• Maintain CRM records for client preferences, past purchases, and follow-up cadence
