Contribute to the Showroom Matrix with varied styles, living situations, and price levels.
Ensure high quality, simple, efficient, and cost-conscious range presentation using IKEA tools.
Stay updated on home furnishing and retail trends; share ideas in workshops and planning sessions.
Collaborate with Com&In and other functions to execute plans and identify commercial opportunities.
Understand financial impact of actions and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Maintain strong customer focus on the shop floor with safe, visually appealing displays.
