Job Overview

SAP is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to accelerate cloud revenue growth and deepen customer impact across a portfolio of strategic, named accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping customer transformation journeys and positioning SAP’s cloud portfolio to deliver measurable, long‑term business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer‑centric account strategies aligned to clients’ business priorities and digital transformation goals.
  • Drive cloud revenue growth through renewals, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and sustain C‑level and senior executive relationships across customer and partner organizations.
  • Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and value realization, ensuring tangible business outcomes.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams (pre‑sales, customer success, services) and implementation partners.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a high‑performance and customer‑focused culture.
Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of proven success in enterprise B2B and/or cloud software sales.
  • Prior experience in people management and sales leadership.
